The Goliath has finally met its match in the form of the Mosler MT900S. Here’s how to unlock it, just how fast it can go and a basic tuning setup you can use to make your own.
Despite the arrival of the Forza Horizon 4 Fortune Island expansion and its rather brilliant S2 Rivals event at ‘The Kraken’, the longest road race in the expansion, I am still always keen to see how much faster I can lap the Goliath.
I was about to drop my video of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS PO, which is even better than the McLaren 720S PO, but then Turn 10 and Microsoft gave the Forza Horizon 4 community a present. A really, really fast one, as my Mosler MT900S video hopefully shows.
Within about five laps of Goliath I managed a 7:14 lap time of Goliath and the two laps, including a standing start, totalled 14:41. That has the Maserati MC12 FE beat and just about every other car I have driven with an X class tune.
Is it worth getting? In short, it has the outright pace of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS PO, the handling of the McLaren 720S PO and yet is easier to drive than both. So the answer is yes.
My tune could be refined a little further (something I’m working on now as I attempt a World Record lap), but to be that fast with so little effort is testament to the fact the Mosler MT900S is what you would call overpowered. At least, until the next seasonal championship prize car comes along.
If you want to know how to unlock the Mosler MT900S, want a basic tune (check out my tuning tips and tricks) or simply like seeing Forza Horizon 4‘s fastest cars in action, feel free to watch the video. Also be sure to check out my Forza Horizon 4 tuning guide: Ultimate OP edition.
And if you are particularly full of festive cheer, a cheeky nudge of the like and subscribe buttons would be appreciated. Wishing you a very Happy New Year!
