How to unlock the FEMM 37-AT in SnowRunner

Here is my FEMM 37-AT unlock guide to help you get one of the most powerful and most useful trucks in SnowRunner.

The FEMM 37-AT, said to be based on the Yamal B-6M, is basically all the truck you will ever need. Unless, of course, Saber Interactive decides to reduce its potency.

As such, it is worth unlocking. It is only the second truck with a four-slot cargo bed – the first being the Western Star TwinSteer 6900. It can even pull a trailer with said cargo bed, which is unique, though only the three-slot alternative allows a crane to be fitted.

You will need either the Year 3 Pass or to purchase Season 12: Public Energy separately, as this is what lets you access the FEMM 37-AT alongside the less useful MTB 8106 (Rock Grinder). A video on how to unlock the scout is on the way or already here so feel free to check it out.

The task to unlock the FEMM 37-AT is the aptly named ‘Abandoned Giant’. It is available immediately – head to North Carolina then go into the map then under the ‘Contracts’ tab select Pineline Bay Administration to activate the necessary contract.

Now we need to head to the Oviro Hills to get the FEMM 37-AT. This means heading from Pineline Bay to the Reactive Zone then into the Oviro Hills. The FEMM 37-AT is found near the Reactive Zone gateway.

You go past the garage in the Reactive Zone so it is worth popping in for future access. Also because Oviro Hills is a garage-less map.

To complete, you need to winch the 37-AT to the NPP Parking Lot in the Reactive Zone. As the FEMM 37-AT is quite large, use something with hefty pulling power. Azov 73210, Kenworth 963, ZIKZ 605R, Tayga 6436, DAN 96320, either Kolob – that sort of thing.

It helps to bring some spare fuel, as the FEMM 37-AT is completely empty and therefore you cannot switch its engine on to make pulling it (and those four free slots of cargo) easier.

Winch the FEMM 37-AT into the Reactive Zone. Then instead of retracing your steps north, head to the west and stay relatively straight through forest and flooded trails then back to tarmac. Keep following the road west then north and soon you will see the Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) Parking Lot.

Drive the FEMM 37-AT into the yellow box and it is now yours. Enjoy this absolute monster of a truck.

What about FEMM 37-AT upgrades?

There are three and two are definitely worth getting. Engageable Diff Lock is the first, which is located in the Flatland map north of the Oviro Hills Entrance.

The second upgrade is the SBR6-250-R1 engine, which the in-game stats put as the fourth most powerful engine available to the FEMM 37-AT. It can be found in the Reactive Zone south of the Pineline Bay tunnel.

Then we have the SBR6-250-R2 located in the Oviro Hills north of the Flatland entrance, near multiple sources of brick. This is the joint most powerful engine, according to the in-game stats.

There was also a unique set of tyres for the FEMM 37-AT, however these were removed when the Season 12: Public Energy release date was announced.

Here I shall end this FEMM 37-AT unlock guide. If you have any tips and tricks, including what to do with the cargo on the FEMM 37-AT, let the SnowRunner community know in the comments. Subscribe and like. Take care, bye.
