Logitech G413 SE gaming mechanical keyboard

Introducing the Logitech G535, Zone Vibe 125 and G413 SE

The Logitech G535 headset, its more professional Zone Vibe 125 cousin and the G413 SE keyboard have arrived – here is the lowdown.

It appears to be the season for new products from Logitech, the latest of which are the G535 headset, the more office-friendly Zone Vibe 125 headset and the G413 SE keyboard.

The Logitech G535 gamer-styled wireless gaming headset and Zone Vibe 125 share a lot in common, including a similar overall design and the same 40mm neodymium drivers for audio. But the latter comes in grey and lacks the less workplace-friendly tie-dye reversible headband.

The Zone Vibe 125 also only offers Bluetooth connectivity, a noise cancelling boom mic and a grey finish as opposed to the black of the G535. Both headsets weigh around 235g, making them good for longer use.

Both also have a claimed 33-hour battery life while recharging is done via type-C USB. The G535 is said to work with all consoles and PC.

Then we have the G413 SE gaming keyboard, which sits below the MX Mechanical in the range but overlaps somewhat in the way it looks and its white under-key lighting. Available in full size or the smaller TKL, it also features mechanical keys.

However, unlike the MX Mechanical, the G413 SE does not give you a choice of key type. The default are ‘Tactile Mechanical Switches’, which Logitech says, ‘gives discernible actuation for gamers who prefer direct feedback’.

Said keys are designed to last a lot of pressing and heat while the main body of the keyboard is a durable, black-brushed aluminium-magnesium. Logitech has also ensured normal typing is no issue, thanks to six-key rollover and anti-ghosting technologies.

“We spent a lot of time carefully designing keyboards that deliver advanced performance with just the right feature set,” said Ujesh Desai, vice president and general manager of Logitech Gaming.

He added: “Made with strong, durable materials and high-performance features, these keyboards are an excellent option for gamers who want a mechanical keyboard at a great price.”

The G535 has a recommended retail price of £109, available from Logitech itself or Amazon and Currys. The G413 SE, meanwhile, is £69.99 for full size or £59.99 for the TKL. The Zone Vibe 125 is US$130 or equivalent.
